In order to secure a room,
Candy residence requires the first and last months rent cheques, damage
deposit cheque, a signed copy of the terms and conditions and, a completed copy
of the application form.
The application form can be
sent via the internet. Signatures of guarantor and applicant required upon arrival. Signed copy of the Terms
& conditions can be faxed, mailed or delivered .
