Candy Residence is a smoke free, concrete building
located in the heart of downtown and across the Univeristy of Ottawa.
The location makes this building ideal for students, professors, tourists
and everyone who comes to enjoy the wonderful
 winter and summer months in Ottawa.

The building has four storeys with a basement , of which
the second, third and fourth floors are for rent.
The main level is occupied by the landlord.

Each suite has two fully furnished rooms with a fully equipped kitchen and a washroom.
Each room in the suite is rented separately.
The suites are designed to provide students with maximum comfort.  Each
floor also has a washer and dryer.

The biggest advantage of living at Candy Residence is the proximity to
Univeristy of Ottawa and major attractions in downtown Ottawa.
