Lease Options
Candy Group's properties are smoke free buildings located near the University.
​
The buildings are highly secured with an alarm system and security system.
Cleanliness and hygiene is emphasized and cleaning of the public areas is done regularly.
8 Month Leases available only from: September - April
Summer Leases available from: May - August
Miscellaneous
Heat, hydro, hot water are provided and included in the rent prices. (Refer to terms & conditions.)

Garbage facilities are within the building premises and is collected weekly. (Refer to terms & conditions.)

Our Policy
Our policy is to match the same sex individuals together in the suite. However, exceptions can be made.
